However, I work collaboratively with my clients and strive to customise therapy to their individual needs and preferences to ensure they feel understood and supported.\n<br><br>\nMy therapeutic style is personable, reflective and curious, and I believe an important part of the work is getting to know you as a person. Typically, I hold an open and non-judgemental space where I will be ask a lot of questions to explore meaningful life patterns and experiences. This helps us to get to the crux of the issue and unlock answers usually hidden from awareness. I also combine this practice with the provision of evidence-based therapeutic techniques drawn from modalities such as CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy and mindfulness. In working together, my goal is to stimulate deeper self-understanding and help you to live a life that is emotionally-balanced and truer to
