My role in this process is to provide my clients with comprehensive support and a safe environment. To achieve this, I approach my clients with compassion and scientific analysis, discussing the strategies that work for them. I focus on each person\u00b4s values to ensure the process is unique and is in-line with their goals.<\/p><p>I have extensive experience in a variety of psychiatric conditions, approaching them from a behavioural perspective. I often incorporate Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness in my practice. However, I currently find myself exploring other approaches that can complement my skillset to help
